Core Network: Hidden Gem in Crypto
I will explain Core in simple terms, even a 7 year old child can understand what Core Network is
Sunday fun day everyone! I'm actively playing on the Core Network, looking for alt coins on the Core network, and of course trading the alt coins. As for NFTs, it's still difficult to find NFTs on the Core Network, I just found one that caught my attention — I'll discuss it later.
In this newsletter, I will not explain Core Blockchain in detail, because I am not very expert in blockchain, what I know is if the blockchain can make me profit, then I will be active there.
A brief explanation of what Core Network is. Core DAO is the official decentralized organization developing the Satoshi Plus ecosystem. It represents an opportunity for miners to access new revenue streams by contributing hash power to the chain. Inspired by the principles of both blockchains, Core displays a deep appreciation for the history of the crypto ecosystem paired with an even greater excitement for Core's role in its future.
Learning a new blockchain makes me happy because there are definitely new challenges that I have to overcome, such as what DAO should I enter, what Alt Coin should I buy, and what NFT should I trade.
This reminds me when I learned about Aptos Blockchain, I didn't learn details about how Aptos works, what I cared about was how I could get profit from Aptos Blockchain. And sure enough when I managed to learn about Aptos, I made $1000 profit without spending any capital — Yes you heard that right, it costs $0.
Long story short why I was able to get that $1000, at that time I got whitelisted on the Aptomingos NFT , and Aptomingos is the first Freemint NFT to be launched on the Aptos Blockchain. You need to know, whoever gets whitelisted on Aptomingos, the fee for minting Aptomingos will be funded by the Rise Wallet — Wallet on Aptos Network. I raised 0.1 APT for the Aptomingos NFT mint, then I sold it for $1000.
Enough of this short story, let's go back to discussing the Core DAO Blockchain, I will divide it into 5 topics.

1. How to add Core Network to Metamask Wallet
The Core Mainnet network is fully functional, and you can add it to MetaMask on your Desktop or mobile device. With this in mind, I put a quick guide on adding the Core network to your MetaMask wallet on both devices.
You can use your wallet to access the Core network by following the step-by-step instructions:
Adding Core Network on PC
A. Open your MetaMask, click on the network selector dropdown, displaying the list of connected networks.
B. Click on Add Network at the bottom of the dropdown.
C. You will be redirected to a new page. Click “Add a Network Manually’” to enter the portal with numerous fields to fill out.
Fill out the fields with the following information:

You can automatically add Core Network to MetaMask using the Core explorer. Here is a quick guide:
Visit https://scan.coredao.org/ and scroll down to the last page of the website.
Click on “Add Core Network.”
Approve in MetaMask.
Core Network will display in your list of networks.
2. How to buy Core
I like buying Core at MEXC the most, I assure you the process is really easy. Just create an account — you can even without KYC, then you can use it full access. It's like you use Binance but the difference is you don't need KYC, some countries can't access MEXC, I suggest using a VPN if MEXC can't be accessed in your country.
I will put a direct link for you to buy Core at MEXC, please click the following link https://www.mexc.com/exchange/CORE_USDT?_from=market
3. Useful Websites on Core Network
Icecreamswap.com → DEX
shadowswap.xyz → DEX
Lfgswap.finance → DEX
Ave.ai → View Chart
Geckoterminal.com → View Chart
Scan.coredao.org → Track Wallet
dxsale.app → launchpad token
core.miidas.com → Marketplace NFT
app.youngparrotnft.com/core → Marketplace NFT
4. Telegram Groups that Provide Early Alpha on Core Network
Always remember that you have to DYOR, because the groups that I will place here contain many members who gather to discuss potential core projects and shill one another:
What I visited the most were the top 2 groups namely Core Degen Plays and Multichain | Messias Calls. There are still many other groups, I joined many groups because I wanted to see the hype circulating on the Core Network and take advantage of this momentum to buy Tokens or NFTs which are currently being discussed.
The largest community on the Core Network is from China, so don't be surprised if you enter a group and it contains people who chat in Chinese, you can use the translate feature on Telegram directly if you don't understand!
5. Potential Projects on Core Network
Shadowswap → Shadowswap has their own token called $SHDW and is the highest token price in the core network
LFGswap → LFGswap has their own token $LFG and first bluechip NFT on Core Network
IceCreamSwap → Multichain DEX and also have their own token called $ICE
Moondogs NFT → Lol i know this is derivative Moonbirds NFT on ETH Network, but they have strong community and will release their own token soon. I don't recommend holding on to this for long, because I think every derivative project is only suitable for quick flips
You can start following the 4 Twitter projects above and turn on notifications. I've done this so as not to miss any information about the core network.
My opinion on shitcoin
At first I was also anti shitcoin, but I am after I do research. Turns out people call that shitcoin for a token that launches on a blockchain. An example is $LFG and $SHDW that I mentioned above, they call this shitcoin even though these 2 projects do a good job building DEX on the Core Blockchain and many others.
My mindset has changed, shitcoins and NFTs are almost the same, the only major difference is whether there is a picture or not. Of course in the world of NFTs there are good projects as well as degen projects, we can't avoid those two. For degen projects, you only need to find momentum for quickflips to make a profit.
Bonus: Price growth on Core Network
I don't think it's too late for you to join the Core Network, because projects on the Core Network are on average launched in mid-February 2023. Whether you want to follow my path or not, I've never put any money in $CORE but I put all my money in $USDT on the Core Network.
That's all for this newsletter, and fun fact, this is my longest Newsletter. I hope you learn something from here, I want us to grow together in Web3. Happy profits!
